On June 15 2018, The Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research organizes Bessensap, an annual meeting on science and science communication. This year, about 400 journalists, press officers and researchers will meet at the Rode Hoed in Amsterdam to network and exchange knowledge about recent developments in science and science communication.
One of our newest Stand Up For Science team members, Tim Van Der Zee, will give his talk on 'The need for skepticism - How a top scientist did sloppy research for decades, and nobody found out' ("De noodzaak van scepticisme – Hoe een topwetenschapper decennialang slordig onderzoek deed, en niemand dat door had"). The talk will be in Dutch.
